Requirements

BE/B.Tech in Electricals/Electronics/Communication/Instrumentation/Robotics or any PG
12-14 years of experience (14-20 years preferred)
Minimum 12+ years in embedded Automotive Communication Protocol, automotive real-time software engineering
Good understanding & experience in leading a group of engineers
Minimum 2+ years in leading project execution and customer interface
Experience with MISRA C, OOPS, 16/32 bit Controller Architecture
SW project management experience involving multi-site development
Go-getter attitude, good communication skills, challenges ideas to achieve career aspirations aligned with company mission
Learning enthusiast, passionate about learning, follows trends and publications in the market

Responsibilities

Managing a team of 10-15 engineers
Involved in resource planning, budget forecast and control
Ensuring project deliverables adhere to schedule, risks, quality and customer requirements
Streamline SW Development process across OEM projects, provide technical direction, conduct regular project reviews and take corrective actions
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring innovation or overcome obstacles of owned modules
Plan, monitor and manage time effectively against targets
