Requirements

  • BE/B.Tech in Electricals/Electronics/Communication/Instrumentation/Robotics or any PG
  • 12-14 years of experience (14-20 years preferred)
  • Minimum 12+ years in embedded Automotive Communication Protocol, automotive real-time software engineering
  • Good understanding & experience in leading a group of engineers
  • Minimum 2+ years in leading project execution and customer interface
  • Experience with MISRA C, OOPS, 16/32 bit Controller Architecture
  • SW project management experience involving multi-site development
  • Go-getter attitude, good communication skills, challenges ideas to achieve career aspirations aligned with company mission
  • Learning enthusiast, passionate about learning, follows trends and publications in the market

Responsibilities

  • Managing a team of 10-15 engineers
  • Involved in resource planning, budget forecast and control
  • Ensuring project deliverables adhere to schedule, risks, quality and customer requirements
  • Streamline SW Development process across OEM projects, provide technical direction, conduct regular project reviews and take corrective actions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring innovation or overcome obstacles of owned modules
  • Plan, monitor and manage time effectively against targets
