Requirements

Bachelor or Master degree in Elektrotechniek, Mechatronica, Industriële Automatisering or related technical field
Extensive work experience in production, engineering in a GMP or food environment
Problem-solving, analytical, and planning skills
Good communicative skills, both written and verbal, in Dutch and English
Knowledge of M-CAD / E-CAD / PLC – touchscreen software development, E-Plan
Fluent Dutch and good command of English

Responsibilities

Act as subject matter expert in relevant technical fields
Serve as first point of contact for maintenance specialists on complex equipment issues in relevant fields
Provide project support for installation and commissioning of equipment in collaboration with the project engineer
Develop and implement improvement proposals for production equipment
Responsible for technical know-how of production systems
Develop engineering standards (CE, Machinery Directive, Electrical safety, LOTO procedures, regulatory compliance, EHS, GMP, drawing management)
Ensure enforcement of engineering standards during projects and maintenance activities
Develop and maintain project documentation (FS, TS, SDS)
Develop and maintain technical documentation (drawings, manuals, P&ID)
Design initial maintenance and calibration programs for equipment
Perform initial identification of spare parts
Design and realize test setups
Perform tests for improvement of the production process
Perform engineering tests (FAT / SAT)
