Bachelor degree in Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering (Master’s degree preferred)
Minimum 3 years of experience in the development of automotive products, preferably in drivetrain products
Development and application of E-Motor, Sensors, and/or Power Electronics products would be a plus
Experience working with international teams
Self-assurance, good leadership, and communication skills

Responsibilities
Lead & coordinate engineering activities for Dual Clutch Module, P2 Module, and clutch applications in diverse hybrid transmissions
Ensure product development meets technology, budget, and timing targets
Communicate with customers and internally with global technical centers, plants, and suppliers
Elicit, review, and align customer SORs (Special Order Requirements)
Sign off engineering releases for customers, including all technical documents (RASIC, Assembly drawings, DVP&R, technical reports, product change requests, part approval requests, etc.)
Act as a customer interface, preparing presentations and presenting engineering-related materials
Lead customer troubleshooting, including 8D reports and failure investigation initiatives
Support cost reduction activities
Support product improvement initiatives
Support production facilities and ensure product meets production requirements
Support initiatives to obtain new business/customers
Adherence to Global Star Safety Program, including safety rules, practices, and training
Commitment to preventing accidents and illnesses, and reporting all injuries and dangerous situations
