Responsibilities

  • Plan, direct, and implement all aspects of critical projects supporting new equipment and technology development
  • Lead or leverage cross-functional teams to evaluate, develop, and manage projects
  • Review status of projects and budgets; manage schedules and prepare status reports
  • Assess project risks and develop mitigations to meet productivity, quality, and customer goals and objectives
  • Develop mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem solving
  • Support and drive a culture of open communication, collaboration, and ethical behavior
  • Set team performance expectations and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and drive accountability aligned with organizational strategy
  • Monitor team performance and implement standards, metrics, and systems to improve operational excellence
  • Develop and manage schedules and systems to monitor progress of process development projects
  • Communicate project status and progress
