Ability to manage execution of complex and critical equipment and process development projects
Experience supporting new product development and continuous improvement of released products
Capability to develop systems for managing and monitoring work, including metrics, dashboards, and standard work for project management
Skills in leading cross-site, cross-functional teams and forums to review progress
Proficiency in creating development schedules and managing execution to meet timelines
Competence in overseeing critical projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams and internal/external stakeholders
Ability to influence outcomes, drive creative solutions, manage schedules, and align capital spending with financial forecasts
Experience mentoring personnel to sustain excellence in project execution
Availability for 100% onsite work (5 days a week)

Responsibilities

Plan, direct, and implement all aspects of critical projects supporting new equipment and technology development
Lead or leverage cross-functional teams to evaluate, develop, and manage projects
Review status of projects and budgets; manage schedules and prepare status reports
Assess project risks and develop mitigations to meet productivity, quality, and customer goals and objectives
Develop mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem solving
Support and drive a culture of open communication, collaboration, and ethical behavior
Set team performance expectations and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and drive accountability aligned with organizational strategy
Monitor team performance and implement standards, metrics, and systems to improve operational excellence
Develop and manage schedules and systems to monitor progress of process development projects
Communicate project status and progress
