The Engineering Program Manager will deliver clarity, direction, and scope to engineering teams, typically supporting 1 to 3 teams concurrently across technical and functional projects. They will contribute to scaling engineering instances by maintaining a healthy release pipeline, participating in incident response, and overseeing improvements to monitoring and alerting practices. Additionally, the EPM will lead initiatives to address the needs and issues of the engineering organization.
