Requirements

  • Experience with Rockwell’s PharmaSuite Manufacturing Execution System (MES); ability to configure, implement, or optimize PharmaSuite MES to drive digital transformation in pharmaceutical and process manufacturing environments
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Management, Information Systems, or a related field (preferred)
  • Understanding of Industry 4.0 concepts, including IoT, automation, and digital twins (preferred)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment (preferred)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; demonstrated experience in stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration (preferred)
  • Proven capability to work both independently and collaboratively within diverse and multidisciplinary teams (preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Design and develop new business processes and products in alignment with clients’ strategic direction and priorities; translate business strategy into tangible solutions that address client needs and market opportunities
  • Plan and lead transformational consulting projects across the entire value chain, integrating engineering, manufacturing, and digitalization strategies; deliver comprehensive change management and operational excellence initiatives
  • Collaborate with a wide range of partners and stakeholders across the industry value chain to identify, prioritize, and maximize value opportunities for clients
  • Bring forward new perspectives and creative problem-solving to help clients adapt to rapidly evolving markets and technologies, fostering a culture of continuous improvement
  • Support proposal development and client presentations, demonstrating the value of Accenture’s Industry X solutions and the tangible business outcomes delivered
