Requirements

  • Proven experience leading and mentoring high-performing engineering teams
  • Deep Customer Obsession: full accountability for product success, obsessed with solving real problems for partners

Responsibilities

  • Stay hands-on and lead by example: involved in day-to-day designing, developing, and maintaining team’s services; review code and shape architecture
  • Co-own the product vision and roadmap: partner with Product Manager to shape ‘why’ and ‘what’, deeply understand customer and problem space to lead to right outcomes
  • Empower and grow your team: cultivate ownership and accountability, empower team to own and drive key initiatives, build next generation of leads and staff engineers
  • Uphold technical excellence: support team in technical decisions to ensure high-quality, reliable product that handles next billion transactions
