Requirements

7+ years of experience in software engineering
At least 2 years in a management role focused on platform engineering or DevOps (bonus for experience in healthcare tech)
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts for diverse, non-technical audiences
Proven ability to lead and mentor engineering teams, setting clear goals and driving performance while maintaining a focus on scalability and reliability
Technically strong
Proven leader dedicated to driving performance and growth within the engineering team
U.S. work authorization required (Healthie does not provide sponsorship)

Responsibilities

Manage and scale the Platform/API team's initiatives
Oversee the development and maintenance of cloud infrastructure, deployment pipelines, and developer experience tooling & resources
Work closely with engineering, product, and business teams to translate technical requirements into scalable solutions
Support exceptional engineers and foster collaboration across teams
Create an environment where engineers can thrive
Empower engineers to build robust, scalable, and reliable systems
Help engineers reach their full potential while ensuring the overall success of Healthie’s infrastructure
Drive the growth and scalability of platform infrastructure and API
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the reliability, performance, and efficiency of Healthie’s core systems
