Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in software engineering
  • At least 2 years in a management role focused on platform engineering or DevOps (bonus for experience in healthcare tech)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts for diverse, non-technical audiences
  • Proven ability to lead and mentor engineering teams, setting clear goals and driving performance while maintaining a focus on scalability and reliability
  • Technically strong
  • Proven leader dedicated to driving performance and growth within the engineering team

Responsibilities

  • Manage and scale the Platform/API team's initiatives
  • Oversee the development and maintenance of cloud infrastructure, deployment pipelines, and developer experience tooling & resources
  • Work closely with engineering, product, and business teams to translate technical requirements into scalable solutions
  • Support exceptional engineers and foster collaboration across teams
  • Create an environment where engineers can thrive
  • Empower engineers to build robust, scalable, and reliable systems
  • Help engineers reach their full potential while ensuring the overall success of Healthie’s infrastructure
  • Drive the growth and scalability of platform infrastructure and API
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the reliability, performance, and efficiency of Healthie’s core systems
