Requirements

Candidates should have 3+ years of experience managing and growing engineering teams in an agile environment and 5+ years of hands-on software engineering experience with a strong technical foundation, ideally full-stack. Proven ability to deliver high-quality software in cross-functional product teams, a strong sense of urgency and ownership, and clear communication and people skills are required. Responsibilities

The Engineering Manager will lead the development of the Learn product across web and mobile platforms, partnering closely with Product and Design to shape the team's direction and drive execution. Responsibilities include building, supporting, and developing a high-performing full-stack engineering team through hiring, coaching, and mentorship. They will drive the delivery of high-quality web and mobile features, lead technical decision-making and system architecture, balance short-term delivery speed with long-term platform health, and champion strong engineering practices. The role also involves fostering a culture of ownership and accountability, ensuring effective collaboration, and contributing to the evolution of team culture and technical standards.
