Requirements

Une première expérience réussie en management d’équipe software ou data
Une solide expérience en tant que senior software engineer (sur un poste web, back, data ou encore machine learning)
Un intérêt marqué pour l’humain, la bienveillance et le leadership
Une capacité à partager tes connaissances et tirer tes collègues vers le haut
Une bonne maîtrise de la langue française
Une volonté, le temps que l’équipe grandisse, d’être “hands on” et de contribuer au code
Idéalement, des notions d’italien car tu seras amené à manager une équipe qui travaille sur des données en italien
L’envie de s’investir et de monter en compétence dans la compréhension des documents juridiques

Responsibilities

Manager une équipe pluridisciplinaire (software engineers, data engineers, machine learning engineers)
Motiver ton équipe, l’accompagner dans sa performance, aider tes collaborateurs dans le développement de leurs soft skills (communication, leadership) et les accompagner dans leur évolution de carrière
Être garant du suivi des projets de la squad pour délivrer dans les délais et au bon niveau de qualité
Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les autres engineering managers de Doctrine
Challenger les décisions techniques, aider les membres de l’équipe à grandir techniquement, accompagner l’équipe dans l’atteinte de ses objectifs, notamment en les aidant à débloquer des situations techniques
Construire et maintenir un haut niveau de compréhension des problématiques métiers des membres de ton équipe, au service de ta crédibilité technique au quotidien
