Responsibilities

The Engineering Manager, Internal Tools will grow and develop an incredible team of engineers, set direction for the team by anticipating strategic challenges, partner with product managers, designers, operations, and other stakeholders to deliver scalable internal platforms and tools that drive operational efficiency and support Alma’s growth at scale, engage in the full recruiting process, mentor engineers on technical design and sustainable development practices, and collaborate with the broader Product and Engineering teams to craft technical and product strategy.
