Responsibilities

  • Lead and support a small, high-impact infrastructure team working across Kubernetes, Terraform, AWS, GCP, Azure, CI/CD, networking, and system observability
  • Drive technical execution of the team’s roadmap, ensuring delivery of scalable, secure, and resilient infrastructure
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with security, product engineering, and leadership to align infrastructure initiatives with company goals
  • Mentor and coach engineers, supporting their career development and helping them grow through regular feedback and guidance
  • Contribute hands-on to architecture, design, and development, especially in areas of cloud orchestration, IaC, and infrastructure automation
  • Establish best practices for infrastructure as code, cloud operations, and reliability engineering
  • Foster a strong sense of ownership and accountability, setting clear expectations and helping the team maintain a high technical and operational bar
