Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, along with 3+ years of experience in full-stack web engineering, and a strong understanding of Ruby on Rails, React, GraphQL, Redis, Elasticsearch, Amazon Redshift, and other relevant technologies. Experience with 1st Party Data Attribution (1PDA), Brand Lift Studies (BLS), Incremental Reach (ACR), and Footfall Attribution (FTA) measurement studies is preferred.

Responsibilities

As an Engineering Manager I, you will lead a team of 2-4 engineers focused on developing and expanding measurement offerings within the platform, mentor engineers in best practices, promote maintainable code through rigorous code reviews, architect web pages for scalability and UX, solve technical challenges, write code as needed, collaborate with Product Managers and Designers, conduct interviews, and prioritize projects to achieve company objectives.
