Engineering Manager, Hosting Infrastructure

Position Overview

• Salary: $175,780 - $281,060 (USD/CAD - varies by location and experience)

Webflow is seeking an Engineering Manager of Hosting Infrastructure to improve the health, performance, and processes around our production services and infrastructure. This role will lead a team of Infrastructure engineers, focusing on scaling systems to support company-wide objectives and better serve customers.

Requirements

• Experience managing and leading engineering teams.
• Strong understanding of infrastructure concepts and technologies.
• Ability to drive process improvements and implement new technologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with scaling systems for growth.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a distributed and diverse team of Infrastructure engineers.
• Develop and implement new processes, engagement models, and technology to enable team scalability.
• Facilitate the development of individuals on the team, identifying areas for improvement and supporting their growth.
• Drive goal-setting with the team and hold them accountable for results.
• Help shape organizational processes and collaborate with other Engineering Managers.
• Ensure the health, performance, and scalability of Webflow’s production services and infrastructure.
