Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Recruit, develop, and empower a high-performing forward deployed engineering team; act as executive sponsor on strategic accounts to ensure flawless delivery, customer enablement, and clear business value
  • Define modular patterns, reusable frameworks, and architecture playbooks that drive consistency, scalability, and speed across all engagements
  • Define and refine scalable prototyping methods and CI/CD patterns that accelerate time-to-value for GenAI content supply chain and creative automation use cases
  • Streamline feedback intake—turning frontline customer insights into actionable product, marketing, and research priorities
  • Stay current on advancements in generative AI, creative tooling, and performance marketing to continuously evolve team capabilities and offerings
  • Guide forward deployed engineers in designing, prototyping, and deploying enterprise-grade GenAI applications—balancing innovation with reusable assets and scalable patterns
  • Partner with Adobe Product, Engineering, and Research to influence roadmaps, co-develop integrations, productize high-value customer solutions, and deploy new features
  • Foster a high-performance, customer obsessed culture—mentoring your team with positivity, accountability, and growth paths
  • Share standard methodologies, lead internal workshops, and catalyze generative AI adoption across Adobe’s presales, post sales, and customer success teams
