Requirements

  • Graduate Engineer / MCA (Computer Science discipline preferred) or equivalent qualification from reputed institutes
  • Overall 10 to 13 years of professional experience in software development, enterprise systems, or technology management
  • 5+ years in a technical leadership or managerial role overseeing global teams or enterprise applications
  • Proven experience with Compliance, Regulatory, or Financial platforms (e.g., Bridger, ComplyAdvantage, TrackerPro, Death Audit, Abandoned Property Advisors, etc.)
  • Strong understanding of processes and systems within large enterprise environments
  • Expertise in API-driven architectures, cloud platforms (AWS preferred), and modern integration frameworks
  • Experience with .NET, C#, Web API, or equivalent enterprise technology stacks
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, distributed, and collaborative environment
  • Demonstrated success in driving process automation, improving performance, and ensuring compliance readiness

  • Experience in insurance, annuities, or financial services domains
  • Familiarity with regulatory reporting, compliance audit frameworks, or risk management systems

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the development, support, and enhancement of Zinnia’s Compliance, Billing, and Payouts application portfolio
  • Architect, design, and deliver scalable, secure, and compliant platform solutions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams in India and the US — including Compliance, Finance, Legal, Operations, and Infrastructure — to define and implement business-driven technology solutions
  • Drive automation, optimization, and system integration across the platform ecosystem
  • Oversee third-party integrations and ensure alignment with Zinnia’s enterprise systems (AWS, Slack, Datadog, internal data services)
  • Manage and mentor a global team of engineers and analysts, fostering a culture of innovation, quality, and accountability
  • Ensure platforms meet all regulatory, audit, and security standards
  • Partner with infrastructure and security teams to ensure compliance with internal technology and data governance policies
  • Define and manage project roadmaps, priorities, and resource planning
  • Serve as the primary technology contact for Compliance, Billing, and Payouts system initiatives
