Hands-on coding experience, able to write and review code fluently
Comfortable working within Agile methodologies and strong understanding of software delivery practices
Understanding of architecture and ability to participate in discussions
Technical experience in at least one of: Java, Golang, Kotlin, Python or similar programming language
Cloud infrastructure experience (AWS preferred)
Experience with mapping of platform architectures
System design
Strong understanding of security best practices
Kubernetes or similar container orchestrator
Kafka or similar event bus technology
Database architecture
