Candidates should possess an Engineering Management role with a strong technical background, ideally with experience in product development and a proven ability to lead and mentor engineering teams. Demonstrated experience in scaling a rapidly growing product and managing a team through periods of significant change is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

As an Engineering Manager, Customer Studio, you will lead the team in roadmapping and executing the development of significant features and products to drive business growth, uphold a high technical bar while making pragmatic tradeoffs, improve the pace of execution, be responsible for growing the team through recruiting, and up-level the team on reliability resulting in fewer incidents and strong incident management hygiene. You will also foster the growth of team members and ensure strong engagement and motivation, and contribute to solving complex technical problems within the Customer Studio product.
