A proven track record of guiding product and long-term technical strategy, and participation in developing or driving engineering-wide initiatives like recruiting processes or career frameworks, is required.
The Engineering Manager will lead their team to deliver results consistently and sustainably with a high bar for execution and quality. They will proactively identify, define, and lead strategic initiatives aligning engineering capabilities with business outcomes. This role involves guiding technical strategy to enable long-term value aligned with business priorities, building a high-impact engineering team through coaching and mentoring, and creating an environment for team success. The manager will also play an integral role in influencing and shaping Vanta’s engineering culture and strategy.
