Requirements

Responsibilities

As an Engineering Manager, the individual will independently manage a multidisciplinary team of 5 to 10 Engineers and Data Scientists, ensuring the achievement of quarterly and annual goals while supporting their efforts to deliver high-impact results for customers and the business. They will collaborate closely with other teams and leaders to deliver projects in small increments, resolve cross-team dependencies, and ensure product standards are met. The role also entails setting high standards for architecture, code quality, and system health, guiding the team in building resilient and cost-effective solutions, cultivating an empowered environment for their team, and providing technical and career development guidance to Applied Scientists and Engineers across the organization.
