  • Extensive experience in Planning: Tactical, Strategic (develops/refines tactical plans, contributes to strategic planning, links plans to business objectives)
  • Extensive experience in Decision Making and Critical Thinking (analyzes situations, evaluates options, advises on data synthesis)
  • Extensive experience in Effective Communications (adapts communication for audience, communicates across levels, provides feedback/coaching)
  • Extensive experience in Technical Excellence (provides solutions to technical challenges, advises on technology applications)

Responsibilities

  • Managing staffing, development, and performance management programs for engineering teams; motivating and developing project and team leaders
  • Deliver high quality service in Should Cost Modelling, Low Cost Producer (LCP) support, and APQP area
  • Maintain the budget and trusting relationship with US and regional customers
  • Provide leadership in continuous process improvement and innovation
  • Providing specialized engineering technical support and consulting services to various areas of the organization
  • Managing high-impact, short and long duration engineering initiatives and projects; ensuring achievement of engineering plan and product quality
  • Manage 100+ staff (including 3 managers) and $5M+ engineering service business for the India section of Team of Excellence
