Responsibilities

The Engineering Manager - Cloud Operations will lead the development and implementation of Nine’s cloud security posture and policies, monitor and alert tooling, and manage cost controls (FinOps) and vendors. They will contribute to a learning-oriented workplace culture, work in partnership with various product teams, drive continuous improvement of processes, provide technical leadership, drive high performance, enable their team, and act as an enabler to remove roadblocks to progress.
