Responsibilities

The Engineering Lead will own the architecture, implementation, and ongoing evolution of the Felix marketing website and related web infrastructure. They will collaborate closely with marketing, design, and growth teams to quickly bring pages, campaigns, and experiments to life with polish. Responsibilities include building and maintaining a performant, SEO-friendly, accessible, and mobile-responsive website, setting technical direction and standards for the marketing site, and working hands-on across the stack to ship features. The role also involves identifying opportunities to streamline content workflows, improve performance, scale the web platform, and managing/collaborating with a contract developer.
