Requirements

Strong Communicator: Effectively convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Analytical and Strategic: Leverage data to drive decisions, aligning engineering efforts with business objectives
Proactive and Resourceful: Take initiative and navigate complex technical challenges to deliver impactful results
Curious Learner: Eager to explore new tools and technologies, including AI
Minimum qualifications: 8+ years of software engineering experience, with experience on growth or related technologies; 2+ years of experience managing and mentoring a team of developers; Proficient with APIs, ETL processes, and data pipelines
Preferred qualifications: Experience solving GTM operations end-to-end; Knowledge of data warehousing, customer segmentation, and analytics tools; Familiarity with building internal or customer-facing products with AI & LLMs

Responsibilities

Hands-on design, implement and deliver growth features
Work closely with Product Managers to analyze product requirements and produce technical solutions & execution plans to deliver software products
Analyze and validate the technical design for software functions from the team
Review code from team members and ensure standards
Engage with the Product Manager to build a backlog that continuously contributes to the execution of the roadmap
Contribute to the hiring, training and development of the engineers within the managed team
