Requirements

  • 5–7+ years of software engineering experience, including leadership of agile teams
  • Strong background in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM/CE) and .NET Core / C# development
  • Experience designing and integrating REST/SOAP APIs and enterprise data services
  • Familiarity with Azure and/or AWS cloud environments
  • Understanding of CI/CD, DevSecOps, and observability practices
  • Strong communication and mentorship skills, with a focus on collaboration and delivery excellence
  • Knowledge of system performance, accessibility (Section 508), and security compliance at scale
  • Excellent problem-solving and collaboration skills with a focus on delivering impact for end users
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Authorized to work in the United States; certain roles may require U.S. citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain a federal background investigation and/or security clearance
  • Experience supporting federal health or benefits systems (preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Guide a cross-functional team enhancing and sustaining a large-scale platform that helps veterans access and manage critical benefits
  • Oversee technical direction across Microsoft Dynamics 365 (MS D365) customizations, .NET services, API integrations, and enterprise data exchange
  • Drive architecture, code quality, performance, and reliability
  • Collaborate closely with product, delivery, and cybersecurity partners to ensure secure, scalable, and mission-aligned solutions
  • Perform other related duties as assigned
