Requirements

5–7+ years of software engineering experience, including leadership of agile teams
Strong background in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM/CE) and .NET Core / C# development
Experience designing and integrating REST/SOAP APIs and enterprise data services
Familiarity with Azure and/or AWS cloud environments
Understanding of CI/CD, DevSecOps, and observability practices
Strong communication and mentorship skills, with a focus on collaboration and delivery excellence
Knowledge of system performance, accessibility (Section 508), and security compliance at scale
Excellent problem-solving and collaboration skills with a focus on delivering impact for end users
Bachelor’s degree
Authorized to work in the United States; certain roles may require U.S. citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain a federal background investigation and/or security clearance
Experience supporting federal health or benefits systems (preferred)

Responsibilities

Guide a cross-functional team enhancing and sustaining a large-scale platform that helps veterans access and manage critical benefits
Oversee technical direction across Microsoft Dynamics 365 (MS D365) customizations, .NET services, API integrations, and enterprise data exchange
Drive architecture, code quality, performance, and reliability
Collaborate closely with product, delivery, and cybersecurity partners to ensure secure, scalable, and mission-aligned solutions
Perform other related duties as assigned
