Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity engineering, operations, or IT security roles
  • Hands-on experience with enterprise security tools (e.g., SIEM, SOAR, EDR, DLP, CASB, vulnerability management)
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to respond to incidents in a structured manner
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in a global environment
  • Familiarity with automation, scripting, and integrations (Python, PowerShell, APIs) is a plus
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, GIAC, Microsoft Security, AWS Security, etc.) are desirable
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills in English

Responsibilities

  • Deploy, configure, and maintain cybersecurity technologies (e.g., EDR, CASB, DLP, SIEM, IAM, vulnerability management)
  • Partner with Cybersecurity operations, architecture, compliance, and IT teams to align tools with business and technical requirements
  • Participate in proof-of-concepts (POCs) for new security technologies, assist in tool evaluations, and contribute to design and development of integrations and automation
  • Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for assigned security tools, providing guidance and support across the organization
  • Respond to support tickets, troubleshoot tool issues, and ensure timely resolution to minimize impact
  • Document processes, build playbooks, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
  • Support audit and compliance requirements by ensuring tools are properly configured, maintained, and monitored
