Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field (or equivalent experience)
5+ years of experience in cybersecurity engineering, operations, or IT security roles
Hands-on experience with enterprise security tools (e.g., SIEM, SOAR, EDR, DLP, CASB, vulnerability management)
Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to respond to incidents in a structured manner
Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in a global environment
Familiarity with automation, scripting, and integrations (Python, PowerShell, APIs) is a plus
Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, GIAC, Microsoft Security, AWS Security, etc.) are desirable
Excellent communication and documentation skills in English

Responsibilities

Deploy, configure, and maintain cybersecurity technologies (e.g., EDR, CASB, DLP, SIEM, IAM, vulnerability management)
Partner with Cybersecurity operations, architecture, compliance, and IT teams to align tools with business and technical requirements
Participate in proof-of-concepts (POCs) for new security technologies, assist in tool evaluations, and contribute to design and development of integrations and automation
Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for assigned security tools, providing guidance and support across the organization
Respond to support tickets, troubleshoot tool issues, and ensure timely resolution to minimize impact
Document processes, build playbooks, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
Support audit and compliance requirements by ensuring tools are properly configured, maintained, and monitored
