Responsibilities

Deliver remote managed services for data centers in manufacturing environments, bridging industrial and IT systems with technical expertise
Administer and maintain Windows Server OS, Active Directory, and performance monitoring tools for server hardware and software
Manage VMware environments, including vCenter, ESXi (6.x+), HorizonView, and vSAN, ensuring stability in production systems
Provide remote troubleshooting via phone and email for field engineers, distributors, integrators, and customers—resolving complex issues under pressure
Investigate and validate software, firmware, and hardware issues; document findings and collaborate with teams to drive resolution
Maintain accurate records of all actions, set clear expectations with customers, and create technical documentation to share best practices and solutions globally
