Requirements

  • Degree in electronics, engineering, physics, or related field; or 5+ years of equivalent experience
  • Experience with SEM, TEM, FIB, or similar tools preferred
  • Comfortable working in cleanroom fab environments
  • Strong problem solving, communication, and customer service skills
  • Valid driver’s license and passport
  • Able to lift up to 50 lbs of equipment/tools during repair/service work
  • Able to be on standby during weekends/public holidays

Responsibilities

  • Install and service electron microscopy systems at customer sites
  • Perform scheduled maintenance, fixing, and repairs
  • Support cleanroom fab tool operations with proper protocols and safety practices
  • Train customers on system use and basic maintenance
  • Document service activities and provide product feedback
  • Support and mentor junior service engineers as needed
