We are seeking a talented Machine Learning Engineer to join our dynamic team and contribute to our AI initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement machine learning models to solve complex business problems, from data ingestion to model deployment.
• Containerize ML applications and deploy them using Kubernetes.
• Develop and maintain data workflows using Airflow.
• Utilize cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, Azure) to build scalable ML infrastructure.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build scalable, production-ready machine learning systems.
• Optimize model performance and infrastructure costs.
• Identify ML opportunities and implement solutions in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Monitor model performance and implement CI/CD for ML systems.
• Analyze large datasets, identify patterns, and use statistical models to make predictions.
• Continuously monitor, evaluate, and improve the performance of machine learning models.
• Stay current with the latest developments in AI, LLMs, Machine Learning, and Data Science.
• Communicate findings and insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements

Technical Skills:

• Kubernetes: Strong experience with pod management, deployments, scaling, and Helm charts.
• Airflow: Proficiency in creating DAGs, implementing PythonOperators, scheduling jobs, and managing task dependencies.
• Cloud Platforms:
  • GCP: BigQuery, Cloud Storage
  • AWS: S3, EC2
  • Azure: Blob Storage
• Python: Advanced knowledge of core Python, Pandas, NumPy, automation scripts, and API interactions.
• Machine Learning: Experience with Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, data preprocessing techniques, and model deployment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in ML engineering or similar roles.
• Experience with MLOps tools and practices.
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
