Grado académico: Técnico o Lic. en enfermería (cédula profesional)
Experiencia necesaria en instituciones de Gobierno: IMSS y/o INSABI (se toman en cuenta prácticas profesionales y/o servicio social)
Manejo de procesos administrativos (posición 100% administrativa, no clínica)
Disponibilidad para trabajar visitando hospitales de gobierno y/o privados: 80% campo / 20% administrativo
Alta disponibilidad para viajar (actividad fija y constante; encargarse del Estado Base y Estados de la República asignados)
Disponibilidad de horario
Gusto por la atención al paciente y/o cuidador primario y brindarle soporte en dudas e inquietudes
Seguimiento a procesos administrativos y farmacovigilancia
Competencias: Organización, Comunicación efectiva, Trabajo en equipo, Trabajo bajo presión, Atención a pacientes

Responsibilities

Acudir a diferentes instituciones de salud para apoyar en todos los trámites administrativos para que los pacientes califiquen y se apruebe su tratamiento de alto costo en hospitales de gobierno y/o privados
Visitar a médicos tratantes
Invitar a pacientes en tratamiento para participar en el programa de soporte a pacientes y hablarles de los beneficios del programa
Monitorear el estado del tratamiento en CRM de los pacientes
Dar seguimiento a pacientes vía telefónica para saber su estado actual de tratamiento y reportar reacciones adversas a farmacovigilancia
Verificar que los pacientes reciban a tiempo sus tratamientos de acuerdo con las indicaciones del médico
Reportar actividades realizadas al Supervisor y Call Center
Capturar información de pacientes diariamente en sistema CRM (nuevos y actuales)
Realizar solicitud de materiales a Call Center para médicos y pacientes
Programar viajes fuera de su localidad
Presentar plan de trabajo quincenal o mensual
Enviar reporte de comprobación de gastos
