The role involves assisting in developing and evaluating RFI/RFQ/RFP documents, supporting program promotion strategies, data collection, M&V requirements, technical and financial evaluation of proposals, and collaborating with AEP staff and operating companies.
The role requires effectively working with operating company and AEP staff, legal, regulatory staff, integrated resource planning, regulatory pricing and analysis, and public policy teams to ensure understanding of program processes and mutual agreement on strategies.
A strong candidate will have education, experience, and relevant skills that align with the increasing minimum requirements for higher grades in this posted range, along with the ability to develop comprehensive knowledge of EE & Consumer Programs.
