The role requires skills in developing and evaluating RFI/RFQ/RFP documents, technical and financial evaluation of program proposals, program implementation, data collection, Measurement and Verification (M&V) activities, and collaboration with utility personnel, legal, regulatory staff, and other teams.
The role involves collaboration with operating company and AEP staff, legal, regulatory, integrated resource planning, and public policy teams to ensure mutual agreement on strategies, regular communication with managers and organizational units, and a focus on process improvement and achieving EE & Consumer Programs goals.
A strong candidate will have education, experience, and relevant skills that exceed the minimum requirements for higher grades, a comprehensive working knowledge of EE & Consumer Programs, and the ability to evaluate proposals, support implementation, and collaborate across teams.
