Knowledge and/or experience in the energy industry preferred, but not required

Responsibilities
Support Operations by extracting, analysing, and organizing data in accurate, concise and professional formats
Understand and be able to work with the database systems to produce existing reports and develop/create other reports as needed
Utilize and/or develop spreadsheets, reports and existing software for analysing and communicating energy data in effective reports
Have the competence and confidence to work independently on projects as assigned
Manage customer energy information (e.g., budget creation and maintenance, market price updates, and risk management monitoring reports)
Prepare monthly usage reports, load profiles, and benchmarking
Assist Account Managers in the evaluation of changes in pricing and tariffs
Support/assist Account Managers in researching, analysing, and resolving customer needs (direct communication with customers and vendors on a regular basis)
Support cross functional initiatives with analytical and tactical assistance
Data entry, processing and scanning of vendor invoices, data review and trend analysis
Coordinate the communication and resolution of invoice discrepancies between the client, vendors, and colleagues
