Responsibilities

Assist in the timely, complete, and on-schedule delivery of requested merchandise to clients to meet their business needs
Ensure proper use of assigned distribution tools, respecting company policies and maintaining their integrity
Provide high-quality customer service to project an excellent company image
Ensure products are delivered in good condition and on time to make the company the best option for clients
Deliver trucks clean at the end of the workday
Verify correct cash or check invoice payments and manage documentation properly
Communicate client devaluations to Customer Service for verification and approval
Assist the driver in correctly depositing received money when required, handling and depositing it properly at designated branches
Participate in morning meetings to communicate concerns or potential improvements
Collaborate on other tasks associated with the position as required by the area or company
