Requirements

  • Coordinate and schedule deliveries to and from facilities and customer locations
  • Resolve daily transportation issues, such as delays, discrepancies, and customer service concerns
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders (e.g., Operations, Sales, Customer Service) to ensure smooth logistics operations
  • Analyze transportation data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and generate reports on KPIs
  • Utilize data analysis tools to support decision-making and drive continuous improvement
  • Adhere to all applicable regulations, including transportation regulations and food safety standards (e.g., GMP, SQF)
