Candidates need to be a qualified lawyer in India with 12+ years of experience practicing employment law, deep expertise in Indian labor laws, strong legal drafting skills, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
The role involves working closely with the Regional Lead of Employment Law, local Legal & Compliance team, HR, and other stakeholders in a fast-paced environment that values autonomy, collaboration, pragmatic legal advice, and strong stakeholder management.
A strong candidate will have in-house experience in multinational companies or financial institutions, proven ability to influence senior stakeholders, and a commercially minded, collaborative approach with ownership in resolving legal issues.
