Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Food Science & Technology, Facilities Management, Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or Finance (with relevant operational experience)
  • Certifications: Food Handling/Food Safety Certificate (preferred), Facilities Management or Safety-related training (advantageous)
  • Preference for 3–5 years of experience in cafeteria operations, facilities management, employee services, or corporate hospitality
  • Experience in coordinating preventive maintenance (CMMS), managing service vendors, and handling OPEX/R&M budgets
  • Strong interpersonal and coordination skills to manage cross-functional teams and external contractors

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations of cafeteria services, employee transportation, EPP (hard drive procurement), and beverage supply to ensure smooth and efficient employee servicing
  • Manage end-to-end facility operations for café services, transportation, and EPP purchases, ensuring seamless day-to-day performance
  • Monitor and maintain food service quality, food preparation standards, and hygiene compliance; coordinate necessary repairs, improvements, and preventive maintenance through CMMS work orders
  • Ensure all cafeteria and facility equipment are in proper working condition by implementing both preventive and predictive maintenance schedules
  • Collaborate with Facility Manager and liaise with external consultants and contractors to execute maintenance and operational tasks effectively
  • Track and control departmental OPEX and R&M expenditures to ensure alignment with approved budgets
  • Organize and manage monthly cafeteria committee meetings to address operational updates, employee feedback, and improvement plans
  • Participate in IMS (Integrated Management System) and RBA (Responsible Business Alliance) working committees to support compliance and sustainability initiatives
  • Remain on standby 24/7 to ensure critical apparatus and systems are functioning properly and that service continuity is maintained
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by the Manager to support overall facility operations and employee welfare
