Requirements

Candidates should possess a college degree or relevant experience, with a preference for five or more years of sales leadership experience, and a self-directed, resourceful, and highly driven professional background. They should also have experience working directly with sales operations and other business units, and be able to operate in a high-volume transactional sales model. Salesforce expertise, including the ability to interpret, analyze, review, and comment on Salesforce Wave dashboards, is preferred, as well as familiarity with Marketo and SFDC.

Responsibilities

The EMEA Regional Sales Manager will lead a team of inside sales representatives to meet all Altium business objectives and market growth plans, leveraging data-driven systems and processes to achieve these goals. This includes helping customers discover the full value of subscription commitments, providing detailed weekly forecasts, optimizing regional and territory-based goals, developing automated systems for product access, recruiting and developing a sales team, maintaining knowledge of competitive products, and building relationships with internal teams to achieve company targets. The role also involves bringing transformative technologies to companies across various industries, connecting inventors, engineers, and innovators with better tools and ways to work.
