Requirements
- 3 years of experience in the field
- Knowledge of MS AX Dynamics / MS Dynamics Navision required
- Knowledge of Salesforce will be a plus
- Fluent English, French will be an asset
- Excellent communication and analytical skills
- Supply Chain experience
- EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) and/or APIs (Application Programming Interfaces) knowledge
Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain continuous assessment of operational processes in the EMEA region
- Manage the API/EDI integration project with Arrow third parties’ contributors
- Perform ongoing analysis of business needs to optimize business processes
- Act as a single point of contact for the business community regarding functional requirements
- Manage the review and validation of functional specification documents
- Manage user acceptance tests of the solutions provided
- Monitor the entire process and think about continuous improvement, analyze reports and ROI metrics
