This role is crucial in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our link-building outreach process. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, proficiency in spreadsheets, be tech-savvy, and possess the ability to deliver both speed and quality in their work. Additionally, we are looking for someone who is proactive, collaborative, and able to thrive in a dynamic work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Website Vetting: Evaluate websites based on specific criteria to determine suitability for outreach and content placement.
• Contact Finding: Identify and collect accurate contact information from vetted websites.
• Data Management: Organize, clean, and maintain data within spreadsheets (or CRMs) to ensure accuracy and usability.
• SERP Prospecting: Analyze search engine results pages (SERPs) to identify high-quality prospects for outreach opportunities.

Key Competencies

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.
• Ability to balance speed and quality to meet deadlines without compromising accuracy.
• Proficiency in spreadsheets (Google Sheets, Excel, etc.) for data management and organization.
• Tech-savvy, with the ability to quickly adapt to new tools and systems.
• Proactiveness in identifying areas for improvement and taking initiative to implement solutions.
• Strong collaborative mindset, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Preferred (Not Required, But a Plus)

• Basic knowledge of SEO principles and how it relates to content strategy and outreach.
• Familiarity with SERP prospecting techniques to identify valuable link-building opportunities.
• Experience with SEO tools like Ahrefs and SEMrush.

The Contract Process

1. Complete the application and submit with your resume.
