Requirements

At least 5 years of experience in a similar role
Experience in CRM implementations
Able to analyze functional needs and requirements from a technical point of view
Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English
Ability to work independently when needed
Knowledge of tools: Microsoft Visio, PowerPoint
Skillset on Salesforce platform and technology (Agile project methodology)
Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics suite will be a plus
Solid background in business analysis and Salesforce projects
Analytical skills and attention to detail
Naturally empathetic, eager to share ideas, and determined to solve problems

Responsibilities

Establish and maintain the ongoing evaluation of business processes across the EMEA region
Delivery of key documents for simplifying pan-EMEA decisions regarding changes in the process and functional/reporting requests, including: key decision definition, benefits/risks analysis, various plans explanation, financial impact/model and statistics, recommendations, proposal of implementation plan, and decision sign off
Gathering functional requirements and priorities from all EMEA business partners and delivering it to IT
Acts as the single point of contact for the business community for business requirements
Responsible for managing the review and validation of functional specification documents
Managing user acceptance tests of delivered solutions
Monitoring whole process and thinking of continuous improvement, analyzing reports and ROI measurements
Cooperate with business clients, evaluate their needs and requests from a technical and functional point of view
Ensuring the quality and support for our business community as subject matter expert
Interact with internal and external stakeholders from different countries to enhance and develop CRM implementation
