Responsibilities

Assist with the preparation of technical reports, project updates, and compliance documentation
Assist with ensuring electrical components and systems meet the technical specifications, safety standards, and electrical code
Assist with coordinating contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution
Maintain accurate project files, drawings, and records of all electrical work performed
Track project progress and report on key milestones, timelines, and resource requirements
Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including contractors, vendors, engineers, and regulatory bodies
Assist in preparing initial project estimates by evaluating project scope, specifications, and drawings
Perform cost analysis for electrical components, materials, labor, and equipment required for each phase of the project
Work closely with the project team and subcontractors to obtain accurate material and labor cost estimates
Assist in creating detailed budgets and timelines, tracking costs during project execution to ensure adherence to the initial budget
Monitor and report on any potential cost overruns and collaborate with the Project Manager to find solutions to stay within budget
Identify and evaluate opportunities for cost-saving measures during the project lifecycle
Promote a culture of safety and ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations during electrical installations and operations
