Responsibilities

  • Assist with the preparation of technical reports, project updates, and compliance documentation
  • Assist with ensuring electrical components and systems meet the technical specifications, safety standards, and electrical code
  • Assist with coordinating contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution
  • Maintain accurate project files, drawings, and records of all electrical work performed
  • Track project progress and report on key milestones, timelines, and resource requirements
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including contractors, vendors, engineers, and regulatory bodies
  • Assist in preparing initial project estimates by evaluating project scope, specifications, and drawings
  • Perform cost analysis for electrical components, materials, labor, and equipment required for each phase of the project
  • Work closely with the project team and subcontractors to obtain accurate material and labor cost estimates
  • Assist in creating detailed budgets and timelines, tracking costs during project execution to ensure adherence to the initial budget
  • Monitor and report on any potential cost overruns and collaborate with the Project Manager to find solutions to stay within budget
  • Identify and evaluate opportunities for cost-saving measures during the project lifecycle
  • Promote a culture of safety and ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations during electrical installations and operations
