Proven experience in mentoring and guiding junior staff members in project development is essential. Exceptional computer skills including proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, Revit, and other engineering software are necessary. A solid understanding of electrical design principles and codes to develop accurate and compliant designs is also required.
The Sr. Electrical Engineer will guide junior staff members in their project growth and development. They will foster clear communication with team members and fellow design professionals. The engineer will aid and guide the owner in making well-informed decisions regarding lighting and system choices. Establishing a benchmark for providing prompt construction administration services is crucial. They must ensure project deadlines are met, which may require extra hours. Proficient use of company software for precise task completion and staff management is expected, along with conducting quality assurance checks for projects. The engineer will effectively juggle multiple internal and external priorities.
