Candidates need a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or related field, proven experience in electric or hybrid electric propulsion systems, strong analytical and technical aptitude, excellent communication and customer-facing skills, ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team, and an active Department of Defense security clearance at the secret level or higher.
