Responsibilities

  • Achieve daily production program compliance
  • Administer human resources to meet expected quality, delivery, and productivity objectives in the assigned natural work group
  • Ensure compliance with Quality System and Manufacturing Systems in the assigned area
  • Meet assigned objectives: OEE, Scrap, Quality, Safety in the Natural Work Group in the Cutting area
  • Maintain a safe work environment without conflicts
  • Keep active a safety focus and culture with personnel and service areas
  • Ensure correct execution of engineering changes and year model changes with zero obsolescence focus
  • Promote and ensure implementation of continuous improvement plans in the assigned work area
  • Ensure compliance with EOS system instructions/procedures, Environmental, and Safety
