Responsibilities

Achieve daily production program compliance
Administer human resources to meet expected quality, delivery, and productivity objectives in the assigned natural work group
Ensure compliance with Quality System and Manufacturing Systems in the assigned area
Meet assigned objectives: OEE, Scrap, Quality, Safety in the Natural Work Group in the Cutting area
Maintain a safe work environment without conflicts
Keep active a safety focus and culture with personnel and service areas
Ensure correct execution of engineering changes and year model changes with zero obsolescence focus
Promote and ensure implementation of continuous improvement plans in the assigned work area
Ensure compliance with EOS system instructions/procedures, Environmental, and Safety
