Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in a financial institution in creating and implementing processes, services, products for individual clients – preferably in personal accounts
  • Experience in collaborating with IT in designing and implementing changes - from business/regulatory/market analyses through preparing requirements/User Stories to implementation and monitoring effects
  • Knowledge and skills in customer journey paths
  • Knowledge of regulations concerning bank clients and interest in changes arising from them
  • Proficient in tools such as MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and JIRA/Confluence
  • Ability to work both in a team and independently, with courage to take on challenges
  • Experience working in Agile methodology, e.g., in projects

  • Good command of English

Responsibilities

  • Designing and developing acquisition processes for personal accounts for individual clients
  • Leading implementation projects concerning the above changes starting from the analysis stage – particularly regulatory and technological requirements – through product and process design to system changes implementation and monitoring
  • Collaboration in a dynamic team responsible business-wise for client acquisition and personal accounts offer
  • Collaboration with the Santander Group in creating concepts and implementations
