Responsibilities

  • Analyzing the latest product and IT solutions for the area of savings products for businesses
  • Conducting competitive analysis and market review in terms of product solutions and services
  • Participating in projects and initiatives digitizing existing solutions and developing the current savings offer for businesses
  • Creating and developing modern processes for business clients in branch, internet, and mobile banking
  • Implementing promotional and quality initiatives supporting financial results and NPS results
  • Supporting internal units in offering and current customer service in contact channels
  • Developing, in cooperation with analytical teams, tools for monitoring and reporting the savings base
  • Analyzing and monitoring financial results, preparing reports and analyses for various units
