Requirements

  • Dominar las principales herramientas comerciales y de seguimiento para brindar óptima gestión y asesoría a clientes y prospectos
  • Dar cumplimiento a la normatividad operativa establecida por la Institución en apertura de cuentas, conocimiento del cliente, detección de operaciones relevantes, etc., principalmente en Opics y el "Modelo de Comercialización de Inversiones"
  • Llenar correctamente todos los contratos de productos y servicios, principalmente aperturas de cuentas y formatos de UPLD, adjuntando documentación correspondiente antes de formalizar y entregar al Subdirector de Sucursal
  • Asegurar conocimiento de su cartera en un 50% a lo largo de 1 año mediante gestión de campañas, variaciones en inversiones, vencimientos de plazos y palancas comerciales
  • Realizar ejecución diaria de llamadas y visitas efectivas a prospectos y clientes actuales

Responsibilities

  • Crecer y vincular la cartera de clientes a través de la gestión de productos de valor: créditos, inversiones, seguros y palancas comerciales (portabilidad, colectivos, sinergia pyme, etc.)
  • Gestionar la cartera actual de captación de clientes (variaciones y vencimientos) y enfocarse en la atracción de mayores volúmenes de captación y clientes nuevos
  • Planificar semanalmente las actividades para la gestión diaria según la sistemática comercial, asignando prioridad a los focos comerciales actuales, contactando clientes y prospectos cumpliendo ritmos comerciales para lograr objetivos
  • Brindar atención diferenciada en sucursal a clientes Select por solicitudes de productos o servicios, así como atención a quejas y aclaraciones
  • Realizar seguimiento preventivo a clientes con riesgos de no pago y dar seguimiento a la cartera de cobranza (Gte. SR con mayor concentración, Gte. Especialista con media, Gte. JR con baja)
