Requirements

  • Dominar las principales herramientas comerciales y de seguimiento para brindar óptima gestión y asesoría a clientes y prospectos
  • Cumplir con la normatividad operativa establecida por la Institución en apertura de cuentas, conocimiento del cliente, detección de operaciones relevantes, etc., principalmente en Opics y el "Modelo de Comercialización de Inversiones"
  • Llenar correctamente contratos de productos y servicios (aperturas de cuentas, formatos de UPLD) y adjuntar documentación correspondiente antes de formalizar y entregar al Subdirector de Sucursal
  • Realizar seguimiento preventivo a clientes con riesgos de no pago y gestionar cartera de cobranza según nivel de especialización (SR, Especialista, JR)

Responsibilities

  • Crecer y vincular la cartera de clientes mediante gestión de productos de valor: créditos, inversiones, seguros y palancas comerciales (portabilidad, colectivos, sinergia pyme, etc.)
  • Gestionar la cartera actual de captación (variaciones y vencimientos) y atraer mayores volúmenes de captación y clientes nuevos
  • Planificar semanalmente actividades diarias según la sistemática comercial, priorizando focos comerciales, contactando clientes y prospectos para cumplir ritmos y objetivos establecidos
  • Ejecutar diariamente llamadas y visitas efectivas a prospectos y clientes, asegurando conocimiento de la cartera en un 50% a lo largo de 1 año mediante campañas, variaciones en inversiones, vencimientos y palancas comerciales
  • Brindar atención diferenciada en sucursal a clientes Select para solicitudes de productos/servicios, quejas y aclaraciones
