Capability to translate innovation and growth requirements into Safety and Quality compliant equipment solutions that meet business timing and cost
Experience with EHS incident investigation and resolution
Skills in defining engineering solutions to business challenges at target cost and schedule
Knowledge of OT cybersecurity threats
Proficiency in natural disasters emergency response and BCP execution
Ability to address equipment productivity losses through engineering preventative maintenance or re-engineering
Innovation skills to develop new equipment options for capacity growth, new production introductions, and resolution of chronic production outages

Responsibilities

Lead the EHS and Engineering team of 20-50 people to deliver against Site Objectives: vision setting, objective setting, execution coaching, evaluation of progress, staffing, team engagement, career coaching
Ensure site meets global and local environmental, health, and safety requirements as Duty Holder, with governance, systems, and processes in place
Staff EHS team with sufficient expertise for high hazard systems
Coach site EHS leader on safety cultural programs ensuring safety ownership by everyone
Lead site capital systems and project team to deliver projects on cost, schedule, safety/quality, OEE, and business criteria
Ensure financial management of projects meets compliance expectations
Support definition of investments enabling site objectives: savings, growth, and compliance
Ensure execution of maintenance and cybersecurity for OT infrastructure
Oversee installation of automation technology for site productivity and growth at lowest OPEX
Lead team responsible for maintenance of utilities, facilities, and systems to ensure safety, compliance, productivity, and site functionality for production
